Rules Forum: New York Regional Horse Show on September 13

AMHA will conduct a Rules Forum at the New York Morgan Regional Championship Show, Syracuse, New York. This is the last forum to be held prior to Grand National.

Time: At the conclusion of the In-Hand classes / morning session.

Loction: Coliseum
