AMHA Congratulates our 2022 Breeders Award Recipients

The 50th Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show® is now in the books - and what a wonderful show it was. One-hundred fifty eight (158) Champions earned recognition for their breeders through AMHA's Breeders Award Program at the show. Congratulations to all! AMHA recognizes the time, effort and cost that the breeders contribute to perpetuate our beloved Morgan horse and we "Thank You!" 

About the program: AMHA initiated its Breeders Award Program  in 2021 to recognize the breeders of the Champions in designated classes at the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show®.  The breeder is defined as "the owner or lessee of the dam at the time of breeding and appears on the registration certificate in the “Bred By” section."  Breeders of those designated Champions receive a commemorative medallion designed by Maretta Kennedy.
