In Memoriam: Anne Mears

Anne Mears, 96, of Laramie, WY passed away August 2, 2022. She was a lifetime member of the AMHA and avid Morgan horse breeder and competitor. Her farm, Mears Morgans, produced horses with the LR Ami prefix with success in various arenas and on the world stage. Anne regularly volunteered her time presenting awards at the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show®. She will be missed by all that knew her.
