For Competition Staff: Updated USEF Waiver, Entry Form, and More

On August 30, 2021, Lisa Owens, Managing Director of USEF's Competitions & Athlete Services, Competition Licensing & Services Department, sent a letter to all competition organizers, managers, secretaries, and USEF's software developer contact list which provides the newly updated USEF Waiver & Release document and the USEF Entry Agreement, and requests their implementation and use by competition managers and software providers as soon as possible.  These updates were necessary to remain compliant with the requirements of the USEF Safe Sport Policy and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP).
