Board Temporarily Eases Nomination Policy due to COVID-19

At the April 25, 2020 board meeting, the AMHA Directors voted unanimously to temporarily ease the nomination prerequisites for those candidates on the 2021 ballot.

The AMHA policy that currently requires live, in person attendance at an AMHA meeting within 24 months of filing nomination materials has been temporarily amended from requiring live, in person attendance to participating via video conferencing. The candidate must be able to participate in the entire meeting using the video camera sharing option in order for this amended requirement to be fulfilled.

The next Quarterly Meeting, using the ZOOM video conferencing app, is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2020.
