Rule Change in AMHA Merit Program

The AMHA Youth Committee has decided to make the following changes to AMHA Merit Program: The last three badges in the Merit program (Sherman, Black Hawk and Justin Morgan) will no longer be required to be signed off by an official AMHA Examiner. The Merit earner will now be required to find a USEF Professional who is a member of AMHA, that is in good standing, to sign off on these badges.
