New Program from AMHA Youth

AMHA Youth is proud to introduce our brand new "Teams" program! This program is designed to merge with our current Youth clubs to create more hands on fun with horses, while continuing to educate and familiarize youth with the Morgan Horse. It recognizes Morgan Youth on all levels of horsemanship.

The Program is based on accumulation of points throughout the year, by both individual team members and each team as a whole. Point earning tasks include all aspects of horsemanship, from grooming, care-taking and riding in lessons, to horse shows, as well as participating in Youth Contests, Youth Council, creating scrapbooks, holding charity/fundraising events and so much more!

There will be three different Team divisions to sign up for, based on the size of your team. The Team that earns the most points in each division at the end of the competition year will earn awards, and recognition throughout AMHA Media Outlets. 

The Competition year begins on May 1st, and the team must be registered within the first 3 months of the competition year to be included in the points accumulation. Points will be turned in quarterly to AMHA upon the preset deadlines.
