Congratulations to These High-Scoring Morgans

LBF Hickory Smoke with rider Jim Fiddes at the New Jersey 60-Mile Ride. Owner Esther Fiddes says that the best qualities “Pokey” has are that he is dependable, kind, steady, and strong. Other Morgans who put on a notable performance at this event were Quietude MacKenzie, also owned by Esther Fiddes, and Westwind El Dorado, owned by Paul Calandra.

The High-Scoring Morgan at the GMHA Mud Ride was Aikane’s Sunflower with owner and rider Robin McGrath. Aikane’s Sunflower also is a lifetime enrolled horse in the AMHA Open Competition program.

Bucksnorts Flying Alex with owner and rider Joe Stump were the winners at the Biltmore Challenge Endurance Ride. KF Baran’s Salutation owned by Gail Thompson also competed.

Elizabeth Ontiveros, a junior rider, also received a high-scoring Morgan award with CBMF Fully Loaded at the Oklahoma Dressage Society Spring Show.

The High-Scoring Morgan Award winner at the Good Horseman Foundation/Massey Ferguson Spring Dressage Show was Jamie Clarke with Phil Ridge’s Harry Potter and the winner at the Good Horseman Foundation/Massey Ferguson Dressage Show was Jesse Shai Walker and Rakke Cepone Corakko.
