Did You Check the Box?

Did you know there is a required ethics statement that needs to be acknowledged and checked before your AMHA membership application is processed? The statement reads, "By checking this box, I affirm that I will abide by the AMHA Code of Ethics as outlined in Bylaw 2.2 and Bylaw 1.3 which may be found on the AMHA website."

Failure to check the box can result in a slower than usual processing time, as staff needs to contact you to obtain permission. So remember to check the box to avoid delay!
