SUNTIME CADET
The Brown Falcon x Dot S Bell Ann

He was born with his hind legs "gollywampus"; being down on one hind fetlock joint and knuckled over on the other left him in need of physical support to stand and nurse. I was his "lean on person" for those first days until Mother Nature and the vet corrected the problem; he was my "lean on horse" for the rest of his too short life. Junior had a lovely head and eye from his Serendipity bred sire and an unbelievably kind heart from his Funquest mother and a desire to please that is all Morgan. After an excellent professional start to his training, I was able to finish him myself and show him in western pleasure with great success including a Grand National win. He was my first "bridle horse" carrying a spade bit in the old California tradition; he was unflappable in the show or on the trail; he was unfailing kind to uncertain children and incompetent adults. He was my friend.
