RELAND BIG EDDY Reland Big Eddy was born in 1974. This stallion was a confidant show-off that loved nothing better than a cheering audience. His exuberance overcame patience and he was known to step off with the harness only partially hooked, thus causing his grooms to learn to hitch-on-the-move. Eddy was John Green's best partner and they garnered multiple park harness championships as well as 2 world championships during the highly competitive mid-80's. Eddy died of EPM in spite of intense vet care and is buried in Texas.
